4K Video Output Tiergrade's USB-C adapter is a great complement for your USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 laptops. With this adapter, you can stream/extend video to your monitor/projector/TV with 2 4K HDMI and 1 DisplayPort.

Triple Display (Windows) Support Triple Extend Mode for Windows systems. When connecting three displays simultaneously, the resolution can only reach up to 1920*1080/60HZ. Note: Among the four screens (displays and computer), only three can be displayed. There will be one that cannot be displayed (either a display or the laptop).

Mirror and Non-Mirror Mode (Mac OS) Mac OS does not support triple display. It only supports mirror mode and dual mode (the three external monitors show the same, but different from the host). This is a system restriction.

Important Notes: 1. For Mac OS, due to system restrictions, the docking station can only support extending one monitor. The other monitors can only mirror the extended one. 2. For Windows, 4K resolution is only supported when a single HDMI/DP is connected. Otherwise, the resolution is limited to 1080P. 3. The power adapter is not included. Please use your laptop's wall charger to connect the USB-C PD port. 4. If your laptop's USB-C port only supports DisplayPort Alt Mode and not Power Delivery, you can connect the original laptop charger directly instead of through the hub. 5. For Intel Graphics Cards, only three screens can be displayed at once. For AMD Graphics Cards, all four screens can be displayed. 6. Due to EDID (Extended Display Identification Data) communication, the screen might blackout for a few seconds when plugging in the monitors. The recovery time depends on the monitor (up to 1 minute maximum).
